We hope you love your purchase from Trinketzntreasurez! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please log in to your account and submit a return request, or contact us directly.

Non-returnable items We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged after receipt, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve this promptly.
