Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
UK Delivery We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard – 2–4 business days (£4.99)
- Express – 1–2 business days (£6.99)
- Free shipping – on orders over £35
Packaging All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Brooches are sent in padded envelopes and larger orders or trinket dishes are sent in protective boxes.
Tracking Tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
